The architecture gives reason to the program that informs it and to the understanding of the physical environment. The spatial arrangement adopted in the last alternative structures its functioning through the design of a pedestrian street, north-south direction that articulates it. This lane regulates the access to all the common and service areas, the work areas, the subway parking, the photovoltaic field... and allows a logical growth of future activity. In fact, it is the key architectural element of the construction. Against it, it is necessary to argue that it penalizes the surface destined to circulations, it is logical: the more surface, the more independence to the work, more accessibility and mobility.
