The demand for coliving spreads, fueled by a dynamic user who requires his private space without sacrificing community life, who explores new cities for work or personal need, and who has a deep social and environmental awareness. A profile that demands comfort, flexibility and services and that requires from the promoter a mentality halfway between residential and hotel.<\/p>

At this crucial point of understanding arises the close collaboration between Ruiz-Larrea Arquitectura and Cohabs, one of the most successful European start-ups and the largest Belgian coliving promoter today.<\/p>

The intelligence of both teams materializes in Leis 8 (Tetouan). The result is the transformation of an obsolete residential building into a sustainable coliving with high levels of efficiency and the best operation and maintenance facilities.<\/p>

The property reappears from a careful intervention that allows redistributing and making profitable each useful square meter available to create 16 rooms with their own bathroom, large communal kitchen, coworking space, leisure areas, cinema room, gym and a large outdoor terrace. free.<\/p>

In the sustainability section, the building goes from energy rating F to rating A, the most efficient on the market, thanks to the insulation of the fa\u00e7ade using rock wool, the windows with thermal breaks, the new LED lighting and, above all, thanks to the use of aerothermal energy for domestic hot water and heating.<\/p>
