The house explores the bioclimatic advantages of an agricultural structure sanctioned in time and space as the Canary Gerias for the production of the country's wine. Optimal forms to defend against high and constant wind pressure -the circle- optimization of orientations and local materials as well as systems of inspiration in the spatial, compositional and landscape relations of the piece.

Stabilized double-skinned Tosca stone walls of the site are placed directly on the ground, allowing the interior air chamber to function as a thermal distributor of the air from the ground to the interior by means of the upper suction at the front by means of the Venturi effect. Formed concrete slab roof with a layer of vegetation and native plants, which is kept humid with a drip system, promoting its evaporation and therefore guaranteeing a constant temperature of the concrete mass, avoiding the effect of radiant response inside the masses exposed to excessive sunlight. Wooden floor slab with direct ventilated top on the excavated ground and equally humidified by dewatering. Installation circuit of DHW panels, battery equipment and alternators for photovoltaic panels incorporated in the folding canopies of the south porch. Volcanic pozzolans as an insulating and hygrometric cover recovery material.
