Residencial Elva is an innovative proposal of housing, commercial spaces, sports facilities and green spaces grouped in an orderly fashion using bioclimatic habitability standards.
The main objective of the project is to achieve maximum sunlight in the communal areas of the development and consequently in the living spaces it serves, so that 2 building bodies are projected, a lower one, facing south and east, to house the commercial premises, thus allowing maximum sunlight to the interior space; and another in the north orientation where the tallest building is located, the residential block, as a backdrop to the building complex, enclosing the spacious private garden inside, embracing and protecting it from the cold winds of the Madrid mountains. In this way, all the houses are guaranteed orientation to the midday sun and good ventilation.
In the residential building, all the rooms of the dwellings are designed to have the best views of the exterior and the mountains and the best possible lighting. The living rooms and kitchens open on to the interior communal space with access to large terraces formed by important overhanging bodies where the clotheslines and shading systems are integrated, allowing the user to enjoy the exterior space and the green areas of the interior of the residential complex.
The complex of 36 homes guarantees optimal sunlight and a large communal space with ample landscaped areas.
