Madrid, 23/02/2022.- Ruiz-Larrea Arquitectura accompanies the Belgian coliving giant Cohabs in its entry and subsequent expansion in Madrid, a collaboration that has already borne fruit and materialized with the opening of Marques de Leis 8, the first establishment of the successful startup in our country.

In the sustainability section, the building goes from energy rating F to rating A, the most efficient on the market, thanks to the insulation of the façade using rock wool, the windows with thermal breaks, the new LED lighting and, above all, thanks to the use of aerothermal energy for domestic hot water and heating.
The redistribution and use of the spaces is the result of a careful intervention that has also made it possible to value the original elements of the property (exposed brick walls, tiles, tiles).
