The project offers an innovative proposal, different ways of living, different scales of intervention, sports uses and green spaces, grouping them in an orderly fashion by means of bioclimatic habitability criteria.

The initial objective of the project is to get the maximum sunlight to the interior common area and thus, to the living spaces it serves. Three bodies are projected with different heights depending on their orientation, embracing a private space inside the communal garden. All homes have double orientation to the midday sun and cross ventilation in search of greater energy efficiency.
