The Generalitat of Catalonia commissioned us to audit the project and execution of the works of the offices that make up its new administrative campus. Given the wide scope and complexity of the intervention, all processes were thoroughly evaluated through project monitoring. 

This tool allowed permanent control of the project and its execution, facilitating decision making, process improvement, risk detection and the development of response plans.
