The project is the result of the first prize in the ideas competition organized by IVIMA for the construction of 200 public housing units in the new urban expansion area within the municipality of Parla (Madrid).

The clean and clear volumes of the four towers establish an overall dialogue that enhances the pedestrian and landscaped spaces that surround them and emphasize the intentions of urban planning, framing the main axis of the Parla expansion, activating the profile of the new growth of the city as an urban and landscape reference.
