El proyecto de Ruiz-Larrea Arquitectura para The Palace Hotel supone la transformaci\u00f3n integral del hotel hist\u00f3rico de Madrid por excelencia en un ejercicio eleva la funcionalidad y el legado del establecimiento al tiempo que redefine el concepto del lujo en la capital.<\/p>

A la renovaci\u00f3n integral de sus 470 habitaciones y suites de lujo se une la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de su ic\u00f3nica fachada, ya concluida. En la siguiente fase, se procede a la regeneraci\u00f3n de su magn\u00edfico lobby, de sus amplios salones de eventos y restaurantes y sobre todo, de su ic\u00f3nica c\u00fapula, epicentro y coraz\u00f3n del hotel.<\/span><\/p>

La suma de las actuaciones en los 6.000 metros cuadrados del establecimiento m\u00e1s los 8.000 metros cuadrados de fachada suponen la mayor transformaci\u00f3n acometida en este edificio, protegido como Bien de Inter\u00e9s Cultural (BIC) en la categor\u00eda de monumento nacional.<\/p>

Finalizado el proyecto, The Palace Hotel renace como lo que es, hito fundamental de la historia de Madrid y faro del Paisaje de la Luz de Madrid, elegido por la UNESCO como Patrimonio de la Humanidad.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
