Podem dissenyar espais de treball que promoguin la salut i el rendiment dels
treballadors? La resposta \u00e9s un rotund s\u00ed.<\/p>\n

Les noves oficines de Vueling a Viladecans (Barcelona) ocupen 10.000 metres quadrats
repartits en accessos, baixa i tres plantes en altura que allotgen la seu administrativa de la
aerol\u00ednia, el Centre d'Operacions i Control (en funcionament les 24 hores del dia) i les
oficines de LEVEL (Iberia). El complex compta amb sales de treball din\u00e0miques, cinc sales de
formaci\u00f3 modulables, gimn\u00e0s i zona d'hostaleria flexible que permet la celebraci\u00f3 de
presentacions o events de \" team building\"<\/p>\n

Els espais han estat dissenyats sota els criteris del certificat WELL. Gr\u00e0cies aix\u00f2,
garantim el benestar de la plantilla en termes de qualitat de l'aire, il\u00b7luminaci\u00f3 natural,
confort t\u00e8rmic, abs\u00e8ncia de materials amb compostos vol\u00e0tils o qu\u00edmics perjudicials
filtraci\u00f3 adequada daigua i foment de lactivitat f\u00edsica i lalimentaci\u00f3 saludable.<\/p>\n

La biof\u00edlia, la naturaci\u00f3 dels espais i l'\u00fas de la fusta combinats amb el groc
