We propose a piece whose formal and constructive cogency solves the issue in aneasy way. We put the rationality and the general spatial organization of the whole building above the particularities of each corner or facade. We understand the whole building as a single object that could resolve by itself the problems arising from the planning regulations
According to this idea, the building is thought from the section. It fits on the ground creating horizontal levels in all its floors, avoiding slab steps thatwill increase the budget of the building.
The solution involves concentrating all commercial premises along the 8th street, creating a horizontal level therefore to the most commercial street of the neighborhood. Once again, we avoid slab steps that will increase the Budget
This simple operation allows us to fit a semi-underground parking that absorbs the height differences between the streets and and dividing this plant amongthe commercial area and the parking itself.
